If you're anything like me and rarely have time to eat breakfast then say hello to your new best friend. Packed full of oats and fruit it will leave you feeling stuffed until lunch. Thankfully, like I mentioned in my previous smoothie post
there's no magical method behind these recipes you just grab your ingredients and chuck them all in the Active Blender.
You will need:
A generous handful of oats
A handful of raspberries
One ripe banana
Almond milk
